Part A: Fitfo iOS App (Apple In-App Purchase)
A1. Subscription plans
The Fitfo iOS app offers:
- Fitfo Monthly: $9.99 USD per month
- Fitfo Annual: $49.99 USD per year
Fitfo Pro is billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial before the first charge. Trial availability is shown in the App Store before you confirm.
A2. Automatic renewal
Your app subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal.
A3. How to cancel your app subscription
Cancel at any time through: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Fitfo, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date. Deleting the Fitfo app does not cancel your subscription.
A4. Refunds for the iOS app
All app subscription payments are processed by Apple. We do not issue refunds directly for Apple In-App Purchases. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the Fitfo charge and follow Apple's refund instructions
Apple's refund decisions are final and governed by Apple's own refund policies. We are unable to override Apple's decisions on app subscription refunds. See the general refund eligibility section below.
Part B: Fitfo Coaching Programs (Stripe)
B1. How coaching billing works
Coaching program subscriptions are billed through Stripe. When you enroll in a coaching program, you provide your payment information directly to Stripe's secure interface. Fitfo never stores your full card number, CVV, or billing address.
B2. Card holds
When you enroll in a coaching program, Fitfo initiates an authorization hold of up to $100 on your payment method through Stripe to verify it is valid. This is not a charge.
- If you cancel before your trial or enrollment period converts to a paid subscription, the hold is released automatically.
- If you convert to a paid subscription, the hold is applied as a credit toward your first payment.
Holds typically appear within 1 to 3 business days. Release timing varies by financial institution and may take 5 to 7 business days.

B3. Automatic renewal (coaching)
Coaching subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will receive a renewal reminder via email before each charge.
B4. How to cancel your coaching subscription
Cancel at any time through your coaching dashboard at fitfo.app/coaching/dashboard, or by emailing support@fitfo.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the coaching program until that date.
B5. Refunds for coaching programs
Coaching program refund requests are reviewed by Vaayu Athletics Inc on a case-by-case basis. To be considered for a refund:
- Contact us at support@fitfo.app within 7 days of the charge you are disputing.
- Include your account email, the program name, the charge date, and a brief description of your concern.
We do not guarantee refunds but will work in good faith to resolve legitimate issues. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
We generally do not issue refunds for:
- Charges that occurred because you did not cancel before the renewal date.
- Partial billing periods.
- Dissatisfaction with creator content that was accurately described at enrollment.
- Accounts that have used any Fitfo service for more than three (3) days (see general refund eligibility below).
B6. Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@fitfo.app before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can often resolve billing errors faster than the chargeback process. Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your Fitfo account.
General refund eligibility (all services)
If you have used any Fitfo service—including the mobile app, website, or coaching platform—for more than three (3) days, you are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
